AI prospecting engine

AI Prospecting Engine: 38,000 Shops, 1,283 Contacts, One Pipeline

An AI prospecting engine is a fleet that finds, cleans, and queues accounts so a human (or a follow-up agent) can work a list that is not garbage.

Ours scanned 38,000+ U.S. barbershops from Google Maps and other public business listings, enriched and verified the records, and handed over a 1,283-contact outreach pipeline.

That sentence is a case study. It is not a promise that every industry pops out a clean thousand on command. Read it as a method with receipts.

What the engine actually did

Three jobs, three kinds of agent, one pipeline.

  1. 1.

Cover the map. Pull publicly listed shops — name, pin, listed phone, listed hours — at a scale a person will not sit through.

  2. 2.

Enrich and verify. Kill duplicates, dead numbers, chains you do not want, records that are a pin with no business.

  3. 3.

Queue. 1,283 contacts a human could actually dial or send, with enough fields to personalize without inventing a life story.

38,000 was the raw field. 1,283 was the working list. Anyone who quotes only the first number is selling a scrape. The second number is the product.

This sat next to a live product — vSee Pro, real payments, four languages, owner dashboard, 10 agents across 34 tables with 100% row-level security — so the list had somewhere to go. A prospecting engine with no offer is a hobbyist CSV.

What an AI lead generation agent is not

It is not "AI will get you leads."
It is not a purchased list with a new coat of copy.

It is not permission to spam 38,000 phones.

It is not inbound follow-up — that is a different agent, and usually the better first pilot.

Prospecting is outbound. Follow-up is inbound. Owners confuse them because both use the word leads. One creates a list. The other works the list that already arrived. Most shops need the second one first.

The method, without the folklore

  • Start from open listings — Google Maps, public business profiles — never from a stolen file

  • Decide the kill rules before the first pass (chains, no phone, out of area, already a customer)

  • Verify before anyone is contacted

  • Cap the working list at what a human or a follow-up agent can actually run

  • Keep a log of why a record died, or the engine will quietly get dumber

We are not going to publish a recipe you can point at someone else's directory and strip. The point of this page is the shape and the receipt, not a tutorial.

If your industry does not have clean public listings, this engine will not magic them into being. You will feel that on day 0 and we will say so.

Why barbershops

Because that was the live offer. Chairs. A product in market. A map full of independently listed shops. A founder who already knew what a good account looked like.

An AI prospecting engine for local businesses only works when "good" is writable: independent vs chain, phone that rings, owner-operated, in the service footprint. If you cannot write "good," you will pay to generate noise.

How this connects to the $1,997 pilot

The Pilot is one production workflow: follow-up, intake, scheduling, or reporting. One workflow, a maximum of three system integrations, two rounds of revisions, 14 days of monitoring, live in 14 days or the full $1,997 back.

A prospecting engine is a fleet. It is closer to the 10-agent shape than to invoice one.

So:

  • If your leak is inbound sitting untouched — buy follow-up. Do not buy a 38,000-row story.

  • If you already have an offer that converts and no list — that is Fleet: custom, scoped in writing, after we see whether the map is even usable.

  • If you want the whole operation run rather than one agent shipped — that is the System, from $9,500 + $1,500/mo, built then run, with the $1,997 crediting toward it if the System starts within 90 days of your pilot going live.

  • If you want both inbound and outbound — inbound first. Outbound second. Never the same week.

What the receipt is for

Proof that agents can finish a research-and-clean job a junior hire would take a quarter to fake.

Proof that we publish numbers instead of "10x pipeline."

Proof that a multi-agent system is a set of jobs on a shared list, not a brainstorm.

It is not proof that your vertical will yield 1,283. Ask for a day-0 sample of twenty records. If those twenty are trash, the engine is trash for that map.

Start

Want inbound worked tonight? That is the Pilot.
Want a map turned into a verified queue? That is a conversation with a sample, not a checkout button.

FAQ

What is an AI prospecting engine?
Agents that gather public accounts, apply kill rules, verify, and queue a list a human can work.

Can you do this for HVAC / dentists / gyms?
Sometimes. Only if the listings are public and "good" is writable. We test twenty records before we talk like 38,000.

Is this legal?
We work from public listings and a list you are allowed to use. We do not sell a steal-the-directory kit. Outreach still has to follow the rules that apply to your channel.

Why is prospecting not the $1,997 Pilot?
Because it is a fleet, and because most owners who ask for it actually need follow-up. We will tell you which one you are.

Where does vSee Pro fit?
It is the live product the pipeline was built to feed. Proof of commerce, and a separate system from the AI Rocket build.

One agent. One workflow. Live in 14 days or full refund.

$1,997 one-time, founder-built in Waltham. Then $497/mo for that one agent, or stop. The continuous-operation System is from $9,500 + $1,500/mo.
