These terms apply to airocket.pro and to the forms, bookings, and reservations made through it. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by AI Rocket (AIROCKET.PRO), 681 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451.

What the site is

airocket.pro describes AI Rocket's services — AI agent pilots, continuous-operation systems, programs, and speaking — and lets you request information, book a call, or reserve a pilot. Content on the site is for general information and is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.

Forms and bookings

When you submit a form or book a call you agree that we may contact you about your request by email or phone. Submitting a form does not create a contract for services; a pilot or engagement starts only when both sides confirm it in writing and any agreed payment is made.

Pilot reservations and refunds

The AI agent pilot is described on the pilot page. The pilot fee is paid through Stripe. The 14-day live-or-refund guarantee shown on that page applies as written there: if the agreed agent is not live within 14 days of kickoff, the pilot fee is refunded in full. The pilot agreement you receive at kickoff governs if it differs from this page.

Programs and events

Program dates, seats, and prices are as shown on each program page and may change. If we cancel a paid session you will receive a full refund or a seat at the next session, your choice.

Your content and ours

You own what you submit to us and grant us permission to use it to respond to you and deliver the work. The site's text, design, video, and code are ours unless stated otherwise. Guides published for reuse (such as Grok Rules) may be used as described on their pages.

What you own after a pilot

As stated on the pilot page: you own the code we build for you. We may run and maintain it for you under a separate agreement.

No warranties beyond those stated

The site is provided as is. Apart from the specific guarantees written on the pilot and program pages, we make no promises about results, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
