Privacy Policy

AI Rocket (AIROCKET.PRO), 681 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451, operates airocket.pro. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. Name, email, phone, company, role, and the answers you give about your business or program interest (for the blueprint, pilot, Build Day, undergraduate, executive, and speaking forms).
• Booking details. If you schedule a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• Payment details. Pilot payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location (from IP), device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as form submissions and phone-link taps. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Vercel Web Analytics for this.
• Phone calls. Calls to (617) 659-8852 may be answered by an AI intake assistant that records the details you share so we can follow up.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your request, send the blueprint you asked for, or schedule a call.
• To deliver and support a pilot or program you signed up for.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors, so we can improve the site.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this business: Supabase (form and lead storage), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and the email provider we use to reply to you. Each processes data under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

Lead and application records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@airocket.pro to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of follow-up messages. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

airocket.pro is for business owners, students aged 18 and over, and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
