What does the pilot cost?
$1,997 one-time, due at kickoff. That covers one production agent on one workflow, the Mission Control dashboard, and 14 days of post-launch monitoring. After that window it is $497/mo to keep that one agent running, or you stop.
What happens if it is not live in 14 days?
You get a full refund. The 14-day live-or-refunded guarantee applies to the Pilot only, not to the System. It is only possible because the scope is fixed in writing before work starts — one workflow, at most three integrations, two rounds of revisions.
Does the $1,997 count toward the full system?
Yes. The $1,997 credits toward the System if the System starts within 90 days of your pilot going live. The $497/mo does not credit, and it stops the day the System starts.
Who owns the code?
You do. You own the repo, the code, and the data. AI Rocket runs it. We do not hand a system over and walk away — the agents are evolved and repaired weekly, because a build that is current this month can be obsolete next month.
What is the System, and what does it cost?
The System is the continuous-operation build: from $9,500 plus $1,500/mo. Year one is $27,500, against a Boston office supervisor at $61,000–$77,000 before benefits (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2024 OEWS, Boston-Cambridge-Newton, first-line supervisors of office and administrative support workers, SOC 43-1011, 25th percentile to median) — and at the end of year one you have the system as well.
Do you build voice agents?
Voice is a workflow, not a separate product. If answering the phone is your worst bottleneck, that can be the pilot workflow. There is no separate voice package or voice price.
