What you are actually paying for
DIY. You pay in evenings. The subscription is decoy pricing. If you will still open the workflow in month six, this is the cheapest honest path.
Custom $6k–$12k. You pay for someone else's attention and a stack you do not have to learn. Four to six weeks is the honest clock for a shop that has other clients.
Enterprise. You pay for risk theater: committees, compliance language, a team that can survive procurement. Correct if you are that company. Waste if you are an owner with one leak.
$1,997 Pilot. You pay for one scoped worker, founder-directed, on a deadline with a refund. One workflow, a maximum of three system integrations, two rounds of revisions — agreed in writing before anyone starts. You do not pay for a second agent, a new website, or a transformation narrative.
$9,500 + $1,500/mo System. You pay for the business to keep running on agents after the novelty wears off: weekly evolve and repair, spend caps, human handoff on money, legal, and commitments. Year one is $27,500, against a Boston office supervisor at $61k–$77k before benefits (BLS, May 2024, Boston-Cambridge-Newton, first-line supervisors of office and administrative support workers) — and at the end of year one you have the system as well as the year. Build vs hire — a sharper rule than "it depends"
Build it yourself if you already direct models every day, you like systems, and you will be the owner in month six.

Why is $1,997 so far under $6k–$12k?
Founder-directed, one workflow, no bench, no discovery month. We can do that because we already run the stack. We cannot do that for a 10-agent empire on day one.
Is $497/month required?
No. It is the difference between a launch and an operation. Unwatched agents drift. If you want the drift handled properly rather than patched, that is the System.
Are model and phone minutes included?
Model use for the pilot scope is on us during build. Voice minutes and your SaaS seats are yours. We will not bury a carrier bill inside "unlimited."
Will the price go up after founding pilots?
The public number is the number until we say otherwise on the page. Lock it by starting.
