SMS Call Alerts

AI Rocket (AIROCKET.PRO), 681 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451, runs AI receptionists that answer phone calls for our client businesses. AI Rocket Call Alerts is the text-message program that tells the business owner or on-call staff about each call the AI receptionist handled.

Who receives these texts

Only people who have asked for them: owners, managers, and on-call staff of businesses that use AI Rocket, plus AI Rocket's own team for calls to our intake line. We never text the callers themselves through this program, and we never send marketing through it.

What the texts contain

A short summary after each answered call: caller name and callback number, service address, the problem described, urgency, and the requested time. Urgent calls are marked “CALL BACK NOW.” Some alerts include a link on airocket.pro to the call recording and transcript. Message frequency varies with call volume.

How to opt in

During onboarding, each client lists the mobile numbers that should receive alerts. Every person on that list must agree by ticking this box on the AI Rocket onboarding form (it is not pre-checked, and signing up for AI Rocket does not require it):

After opting in you will receive one confirmation text. You can also opt in by texting START to the number your alerts come from.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any alert to stop all texts from that number. You will get one confirmation and nothing after. Reply START to resume, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@airocket.pro or call (617) 659-8852.

Costs and carriers

AI Rocket does not charge for alerts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
