Who this Zoom is for
Owners and operators at small and mid-size businesses around Boston and the 128 corridor who want to automate real work, not add another chat widget. No technical background required — the presenter doesn't write code either.
Your host
Tim Regan is the founder of AI Rocket in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he builds digital employees — autonomous AI agents that run real operational work for small and mid-size businesses.
He has no coding background. Everything he runs was built in plain language, which is the entire point: he ships a new production system most weeks — lead generation, website integration, purpose-built agents for specific tasks, and scheduled automations that run overnight without him.
His current production system runs ten agents handling live commerce operations daily, and has since April. He'd rather show you what broke than what worked.
Questions people ask
Do I need any technical background?
No. If you can describe how a task gets done in your business, you can follow this session. Nothing is typed in code.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. It's a working session — we build something real in the hour. If you want help afterwards you can ask, but nothing is being sold from the screen.
Will it be recorded?
Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording, whether or not you attend live.
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers a question and stops. An agent completes a task end to end — it decides, acts, and reports back. That difference is what the session is about.
I registered on Zoom. Do I need to do anything on the Boston AI Week site?
One click, please. Your Zoom registration is your seat. The Boston AI Week page keeps its own count of who's going, and it only updates when you mark yourself going there. It takes about 30 seconds and needs a free festival account.
