What this hour is (not a prompting class)
Not a prompting class. You already know how to type a sentence at a model. That skill is why you are stuck. Chat-box Claude feels helpful enough that you never open the door behind it.
Claude Desktop is that door.
In sixty minutes you will watch unfinished work move on screen — live — using the parts most people treat like extra settings. Files that stay in context. Projects that remember. Skills that stop you from repeating yourself. Cowork that runs the steps you keep doing by hand.
The model is not the upgrade. The way it holds the work is.
Who this Zoom is for
You already use Claude enough that the product is not the question. You write, plan, sell, research, build, hire, study, or run something, and Claude is already in the tab rotation. You can feel you are getting the first layer and calling it the whole product.
You do not need to code. You need to stop pretending a chat thread is a workflow.
What you will see
Not a tour of menus. A working hour.

Bring one unfinished thing
You will not present it. Fifty people cannot share fifty screens. Do not expect your file on Zoom.
Bring the ugly one anyway and keep it on your machine. A draft that stalled. Notes that never became a plan. A weekly task you rebuild from zero. A project you have explained to Claude five times and still do not trust.
You will use it three times:
- 1At the start, name it in chat in one line. Not the story. "Q3 deck that died on slide 8."
- 2During the demo, watch with your file in mind. Same moves. Different mess.
- 3In the last 15 minutes, open it on your side and run the first pass while the screen is still up.

- 10–45The demo. Real material. Real clicks. The features you have hovered and ignored. The moment the output stops looking like a reply and starts looking like finished work.
- 45–60You open your file. You do not present. You take two or three moves from the demo and try them before the call ends. Questions come from the room.
Leave with one change you can make before you overthink it.
Who should skip it
If you want a prompt pack, a 12-module certificate, or a calm recap of Anthropic's free Academy, this will feel too sharp. If you have never opened Claude and want buttons explained from zero, this will move past you. If you only like AI content when nobody has to show their screen, skip it.
This is a live demo. The work is the point.
